A free and friendly running club lead by Darren. Aiming to get people together and out running on the local trails…
Everyone Welcome!
When: Saturdays - 8am
Where: Knole Park. Meet by the tree just inside the hole in the wall gate (See map below)
A running group for those who want to start running or are keen to get back into running. Staying together and going at a gentle, steady pace (walking if necessary!) for around 5km.
Beginners/Back to Running
For runners who would like more of a challenge. Further, faster or more hills!
